Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Mitten Sports Talk, all merchandise is produced on demand through our fulfillment partner. Because items are custom printed at the time of order, our refund and return policy differs from traditional retail.
Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Merchandise (Important)
Because our apparel and merchandise are custom made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes (color, style, or fit)
We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Email: orders@mittensportstalk.com
- Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Damaged items do not need to be returned.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Processing times vary by bank or credit card provider, but most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary)
- Contact your bank — processing delays are sometimes normal

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or misprinted.
We do not offer size exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for approved returns.
If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
